Fly Fair 2008
The Dutch Fly Fair is not only a well-known phenomenon in the Dutch fly fishing community. It has also earned a significant reputation internationally. The fame of the Dutch Fly Fair is founded on its free-and-easy atmosphere which allows every visitor to enjoy all the wonderful things and gadgets on offer in the fly fishing world. It is not without reason that each year many fly fishing enthusiasts eagerly look forward to the day of the next Fly Fair.

INFOFISH was originally launched in 1981 as a project of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. Since 1987, it is an Intergovernmental Organization providing marketing information and technical advisory services to the fishery industry of the Asia-Pacific region and beyond from its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Fourteen countries are currently members of INFOFISH which are Bangladesh,Cambodia, India, Indonesia,Iran,DPR Korea, Malaysia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Philippines,Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Thailand.
