Nuestros productos se pueden dividir en tres categorías, frescos, congelados, enlatados y otros.
We have fresh Yellow fin Tuna and Bigeye Tuna and other reef fishes. Fresh chilled tuna can come in the following forms, steak, kebab, donner, minced, flakes, paves, sashimi, mignon, loins or even tuna whole (gutted). All meats are vacuum packed. Frozen Tuna is processed by blast or brine freezing whole-round or gill and gutted tuna. Skipjack tuna and Yellow fin tuna are the main species sold.
Los productos en conserva, ya sea en marcas blancas o marcas locales están disponibles. Ofrecemos diferentes tipos de conservas para atender a los diferentes mercados. Un surtido de atún en diferentes salsas también se ofrecen aquí. Nuestros productos se están fabricados a partir de atún cocidos o de otras especies. Nuestras instalaciones se conserva la certificación ISO 9001:2000 y aprobado para su importación de la UE.
Other value added products includes chipped tuna, sliced dry tuna, sliced smoked tuna, smoked tuna, Katsuoboshi, tuna jerky and Daali Mas.
